Standardize Folder Settings
To use the same View settings (Large Icons, Small Icons, List or Details) for all folders, open Windows Explorer and select Folder Options from the View menu. Choose the way you wish the files to be displayed from the View menu. Click the View tab, then click Like Current Folder. To return the settings for all folders to the settings that were in effect when Internet Explorer was installed, click Reset All Folders.
