Hide the Links Folder
You can't delete, move, or rename the Links folder permanently; it reappears every time. However, you can hide it. Open the Favorites menu, right-click the Links submenu, and choose Properties. In the dialog that appears, check the Hidden box and click OK. Close IE and reopen it.
