Create Desktop Shortcuts to Access Objects

To create a desktop shortcut to a particular Access object, right-click the object in the Database window, and choose Create Shortcut. By default, Access creates the shortcut on your desktop, but you can specify a different folder in the Location text box. If the database is accessed through a network, select the appropriate check box, and enter the UNC path to the database in the Full Network text box. When you're finished, click OK.
