Send E-Mail from Within Office Apps

Office e-mail is integrated in the Office 2000 programs, which means you can send a Word document or an Excel worksheet to a co-worker, and because the document is sent in HTML, anyone with an e-mail client that supports HTML can read it. To send a file's contents in the body of a message, choose Mail Recipient from the Send To submenu. If you want to send the file as an attachment, choose Mail Recipient (As Attachment). Enter the recipient's e-mail address in the To field and click Send. You can also click the E-mail button from your toolbar, enter the recipient's address in the header, and then click Send A Copy.
