Speed Up Microsoft Word
To speed up Word, turn off as many automatic features as possible, including the AutoText, AutoFormat, and Auto Correct features (found under Tools, Auto Correct); the Animate Text option (found under Tools, Options, View); and any as-you-type Options (in the Spelling & Grammar tab); and choose a plain logo Office Assistant.
